Robert Eadie is an entrepreneur with over 30 years of involvement in bringing companies to the public market in Canada and managing their businesses with a focus on asset growth for shareholders. With his global network of contacts, Mr. Eadie has raised over $250 million for resource and technological enterprises for exploration and development projects worldwide.
Highlighting his career is his stewardship since 2004 as President & Chief Executive Officer of Starcore International Mines Ltd., a precious metals producer with operating gold and silver mines in Mexico. He has served as a director and/or officer of numerous public companies listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange, the TSX Venture Exchange and the Canadian Securities Exchange.
Mr. Eadie attended Capilano College and completed the Quantum Shift Program, an invitation-only leadership development program founded by KPMG Enterprise and the Richard Ivey School of Business. In 2023 he received an Honorary Doctorate from the University of North Tamaulipas, recognizing exemplary professional and civic distinction.
Roger Blair has more than 25 years of capital markets experience focused on the resource sector. His expertise spans capital markets, corporate development, financing and investor relations, and he has played key roles in advancing numerous private and public companies through exploration, development, acquisitions and other strategic growth initiatives, helping resource companies raise more than $150 million through private and public equity financings across North America and international markets.
Mr. Blair is the Co-Founder of Acuity Advisory Corp., a capital markets advisory firm specializing in the resource sector. Prior to founding Acuity, he held senior capital markets and investor relations roles with Red Cloud Financial Services, Red Cloud Securities Inc., Hunter Dickinson Inc., Cronus Consulting and the IMining Group, advising publicly listed resource companies through various stages of growth and financing.
He has served as a director and/or officer of numerous publicly listed resource companies since the mid-2000s, including as President and Director of a publicly listed mineral exploration company in 2009, providing executive leadership in corporate strategy, financing, governance and business development.
A Chartered Professional Accountant and member of the Canadian and BC Institutes of Chartered Professional Accountants since 1980. Since 2005, an officer and director of publicly listed mining and exploration companies on the TSX, TSX-V and CSE. Currently CFO of Starcore International Mines, strategic financial planning, capital markets engagement and reporting for the mining industry.
A Professional Geoscientist with 36-plus years of mineral exploration and mapping experience in British Columbia, Manitoba and Nova Scotia, and discoverer of five mineral occurrences, two of them developed prospects now being evaluated and drilled. Experience spans porphyry, skarn, epithermal and VMS deposits, underground mining and service as an Inspector of Mines, with specialties in remote field programs, drill program management and Quality Assurance / Qualified Person functions. An active member of Engineers and Geoscientists BC.
Over 21 years of experience in law enforcement, with a professional background spanning banking and the finance sector, including work as a licensed stock broker. She has served as a director and Audit Committee member of several Canadian public companies.
